VP Sales North America

Job Description: This position will play a key role in a fast-growing start-up. Your challenge will be to build, lead and grow the sales organization in the North America region, in a challenging phase of exciting growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to be an entrepreneur and leader in a fast-growing startup, to co-build the business and culture from the beginning using innovative technology, and grow it into an established, substantial, profitable business in North America.   • Establishing and growing the D-Fend’s business in the NA market.
  • Evaluating and hiring sales, and pre-sales and train them on meeting customer needs, sales growth expectations and sales model.s
  • Developing annual sales plans for sales team that reflect the market opportunities.
  • Leading, motivating, and managing a team.
  • Developing the business and selling skills of the team.
  • Identifying and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
  • Generating and developing sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintaining a solid and strong relationship with all key accounts and partners
  • Act as the local expert to support the customer’s needs.
  • Plan and execute marketing plan, including implementing strategies and attending Trade Shows.
  • Success will be measured by achieving the sales goals and align sales objectives with D-Fend’s business strategy.

  • Must document U.S. Citizenship to be eligible for U.S. security clearance.
  • At least 15 years of sales experience in leading sales companies in similiar verticals.
  • Experience managing annual recurring revenue of at least US$ 50M.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with geographically dispersed and remote teams
  • A process-driven manager with little tolerance for substandardperformance and zero tolerance for lack of effort
  • Experience leading multiple, geographically dispersed Sales teams.
  • Ability to travel at least 50%.

Pre Sales Engineer (North America)

Job Description: This is a new and challenging position that will play a key role in a fast-growing start-up. As a subject matter expert on Company offerings, products and projects, the Pre-Sales Engineer will assist the sales department in qualifying a customer, gathering customer requirements, demonstrating and answering all questions related to the product to the satisfaction of the customer. This position will use information from customer interactions to provide critical input to company leadership on the strategic direction of the product line. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate products and provide general pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
  • Partner with the sales team to generate leads.
  • Support the sales team and sales operations to drive opportunities, demonstrate product, train customers and sales team, provide technical assistance and assist in achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure proper transfer of information to the Professional Services team to prepare them for the client engagement and project implementation by sharing knowledge gained about the customer environment, systems, and risk profile.

  • Candidate must document U.S. Citizenship as required to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Technical background in operating communication & Tactical systems in a DoD environment is an advantage.

Communication Protocol Analyst


We are looking for an experienced communication protocol analyst to perform bit level communication signal research for advanced proprietary wireless signals.

The communication protocol analyst will join our algorithms and signal research group and participate in the process of understanding the communication signal in order to develop our counter defense system.

Depending on the specific candidate background, understanding and experience in radio signals, the communication protocol analyst will also be able to participate in our RF system and modem design.

Requirements (skills and experience)
  • Hands on experience in communication signal analysis (אבחון) and backward engineering, capable of performing such tasks today and to develop infrastructure tools using Matlab, Python or any other SW language
  • Preferred - Graduate of IDF Intelligence Corps signal analysis course (such as קורס מח"א) or proven experience in similar positions in the defense or security industries.

Communication PHY Algorithms Engineer


We are looking for an experienced communication PHY algorithms engineer to research proprietary wireless communication signals and design modulator, demodulators as part of the product.

The research will combine several elements:

  • Research and analysis of proprietary air interface: algorithm research of sampled wireless signals using MATLAB or Python, to define all radio characteristics including MIMO and modulation scheme, error corrections, spreading techniques and more.
  • Algorithm development to define all the modulator and demodulator building blocks to be used by real-time logic engineers for implementation over FPGA, DSP and FW, including blocks definitions, verification vectors etc.
  • Guide and support the FW, DSP and FPGA teams for concept implementation
Requirements (skills and experience)
  • 5 years’ experience in algorithms research and design of high-speed modems
  • Hands-on experience in research and design of single carrier or OFDM signals, synchronization, channel estimation, Turbo decoders, Viterbi decoders, MIMO equalizers, noise estimators and more…

We are looking for a developing RF Engineer to join our growing team! responsibilities will range from supporting RF design to production. We design RF boards base on SDR, looking to go higher. This is a great opportunity for you to expand your capabilities working with our expert design and production team. Your designs will encompass a variety of RF components including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, oscillators, filters, ADCs, DACs, and IC packages. You will work on a collaborative team of system, electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and system test engineers to ensure successful product design and transition to production where you’ll be analysing RF measurement data, resolving production design issues, and improving production yields and test times.


  • 2+ years of professional RF/Microwave design experience-hands-on – must.
